Congratulations to the Graduate!

Graduation is fast approaching for the Washington State University like so many other schools. Drive through town with the windows down and you can almost hear the collective sigh of relief- be it from the students, their teachers and their parents. 

It is my pleasure to congratulate all those who have worked so hard. Congratulations to the class of 2011!
